Please bring COPIES of the required documents with you:

  • High school diploma or GED and College Transcripts (unofficial are acceptable)
  • Member 4 Form/DD214 (if applicant has prior military experience)
  • Proof of auto liability insurance
  • Proof of citizenship (i.e., birth certificate or naturalization certificate)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Online pre-paid registration is required

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before testing time to complete registration form and collect required document copies

Dress attire: Business Casual, jeans allowed (no shorts or flip flops)

Cancellation Policy

Students needing to withdraw from a course should contact academy staff at (210) 362-5291 or [email protected] no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the class. Failure to do so may result in a 25% cancellation fee. Repeated violations of the 72 hour cancellation policy may result in restricted ability to register for future courses.

Agency Discounts

Agencies registering multiple students (10 or more) for a course may be eligible for a 10% discount. Contact the Academy Manager at (210) 362-5291 for details.
