Red Dot Optics (RDS) - End User Course          Minimum Students: 10                                                                                                                                                       

With the expansion of the RDS system for patrol pistols, this course certifies an operator to utilize the RDS system while in a patrol capacity. The RDS system allows the operator to maintain threat focus and clear target assessment. Additionally, this training covers RDS zero, maintenance and nomenclature. 

Students will need:

Pistol with a slide mounted optic

Three magazines

Ammunition - 250 rounds pistol

Holster with retention that supports the Red Dot Optics (RDS)

Magazine carrier/pouch

Eye and hearing protection

Clothing appropriate for the weather

Food and water
