People with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) have become full participants in their communities and are an increased presence in their community.  Our Law Enforcement Officers need specialized skills to effectively serve people with IDD and to provide effective community policing for persons with various disabilities.

This community safety event brings together law enforcement officers, teens/adults with IDD and other community members to get to know and interact with one another in a safe and supportive environment.
