The student will be able to identify logical and social arguments against racial profiling, the elements of a racially-motivated traffic stop, and the elements of a traffic stop which would constitute reasonable suspicion of drug courier activity. The student will also be able to identify elements of a traffic stop which could constitute reasonable suspicion of criminal activity.

Cancellation Policy

Students needing to withdraw from a course should contact academy staff at (210) 362-5291 or [email protected] no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the class. Failure to do so may result in a 25% cancellation fee. Repeated violations of the 72 hour cancellation policy may result in restricted ability to register for future courses.

Agency Discounts
