This course covers the application of the rifle in lowlight conditions with type II malfunction clearing, multiple target engagement, moving and shooting, barricaded shooting, and unconventional shooting positions. This is the next level of rifle shooting as it requires the shooter to apply the fundamentals and adds the dynamics of movement.

 

Student will need:

Rifle with sling            

Pistol

Three pistol magazines and three Rifle magazines

200 rounds rifle/50 pistol ammunition

Holster with retention

Magazine carrier/pouch

Eye and hearing protection

Clothing appropriate for the weather

Food and water

*Recommend using duty belt or any issued gear

Cancellation Policy

Students needing to withdraw from a course should contact academy staff at (210) 362-5291 or [email protected] no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the class. Failure to do so may result in a 25% cancellation fee. Repeated violations of the 72 hour cancellation policy may result in restricted ability to register for future courses.
