This course is designed to give the basic tools and methods to conduct successful surveillance operations to include mobile, stationary, foot, and electronic surveillance. Each student will participate in various "controlled and supervised" outdoor practical exercises using reality based scenarios. As a result of this training, participants will understand the basic terms, concepts, methods, applications, and operational planning guidelines.
This course is one of the courses for the Criminal Investigator Certification Program.
