Course Details:

This course is designed to provide the beginning Telecommunicator with an understanding of situations encountered in an emergency communications environment and the basic skills necessary to interact on TDD/TTY systems both in emergency and non-emergency situations.

Cancellation Policy

Students needing to withdraw from a course should contact academy staff at (210) 362-5291 or [email protected] no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the class. Failure to do so may result in a 25% cancellation fee. Repeated violations of the 72 hour cancellation policy may result in restricted ability to register for future courses.

Agency Discounts
