Effective Sep 1, 2017, the Civilian Interaction Training course is mandatory for ALL peace officers licensed prior to January 1, 2018 (regardless of certification levels). 

This includes Master Peace Officers.

 Peace officers must take this course before January 1, 2020.

Cancellation Policy

Students needing to withdraw from a course should contact academy staff at (210) 362-5291 or [email protected] no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the class. Failure to do so may result in a 25% cancellation fee. Repeated violations of the 72 hour cancellation policy may result in restricted ability to register for future courses.

Agency Discounts
