The purpose of this course is to increase the law enforcement community's awareness of the issues of human trafficking through the exposure of informational materials and research.  This advanced course covers the state laws and definition of terms a law enforcement officer should be familiar with in the enforcement of applicable statutes.  This course meets the requirements of TCOLE for officers to attend Human Trafficking training.

Cancellation Policy

Students needing to withdraw from a course should contact academy staff at (210) 362-5291 or [email protected] no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the class. Failure to do so may result in a 25% cancellation fee. Repeated violations of the 72 hour cancellation policy may result in restricted ability to register for future courses.
